1. Sample Availability: customers can order sample directly if there is sample option in the product page. Otherwise,inquire first, don't order directly!
2. Sample size:10x10cm (for items with sample option) or 30x30cm (for items without sample option), or custom size by request.
3. Sample Order quantity: one customer may order up to 5 samples at one time, because we always run out of samples and need time to produce.
4. Sample Shipping cost: sample shipping cost must be prepaid by customers. Shipping will be automatically calculated in the checkout process.
5.Sample Delivery: Normally it will take 1 week for customers to receive for samples with sample options in the product page, otherwise it may take 2-3 weeks.
6.We will refund the sample cost and sample shipping cost for the specific sample we receive an order over 11 sheets later.
1. Order processing time: 3~8 days for production to ensure you get the good quality product. Wholesale orders may be 8~15 days depending on order quantity.
2. Shipping methods: FedEx, DHL, UPS, 3~7 days to most countries worldwide. Large wholesale orders shipped by sea may take 8~30 days to the destination port.
3. Shipping cost: For orders not exceed 100KGs (around 230 sheets for shell tiles, or 100 sheets for glass murals), our system will automatically calculate the door-to-door delivery cost for you. For orders over 100KGs, please contact us for shipping price quote.
Other possible fees:
There might be some other fees which should be paid by customers, and they are not included in our listed product price or our shipping price offer.
1. Import duty:There might be import duty for international orders, cost varies from country to country. We have customers order over USD2000 but don't need to pay import duty, we also have customers pay import duty for order around USD600. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be, please contact your local customs office for more information.
2. Local courier fees: Although we ship out the order with full freight pre-paid, there is very low possibility that sometimes the local branch of courier company may charge the customers for surcharges like remote area delivery, failed delivery attempts, or brokerage in the customs clearance process, etc.
For small & not heavy orders, we use carton box + bubble wrapper outside. For heavy order will use carton box+ plywood box outside. 100% safe.
1. PayPal handles most of our transactions, no PayPal account is required. You can pay with PayPal balance, debit cards, all major credit cards.
2. We also accept bank transfer, MoneyGram or Western Union.Customers must pay the local remittance charges.
3. PayPal always asks for a courier tracking number for shipment proof, so for sea shipping orders that we can not provide tracking numbers, customers must pay by Bank transfer/MoneyGram/Western Union.
4. To prevent fraud or charge-backs, for orders paid by credit cards, we may ask the customer to provide identity, credit card information to make sure the deal is authorized.
1. Product quality will be checked before leaving to factory, and double checked before leaving our office for courier shipping.We ship out only quality products!
2. Please check the contents of the consignment(product specification, quantity, condition) before signing the airway bill, if there is any problem resulted from courier, mark it on the airway bill in the face of the postman, take photos and file a claim with the courier.
